Amazing location

Windermere village is on your doorstep. Booths supermarket, the train station, independent bars, cafes, restaurants and shops — all a short walk away.

Walk from the door

Cross the road and you're on the Orrest Head walk. One of the finest short walks in the Lake District. Twenty minutes to the top. The views up there? Worth every step.

Take more than one house

The 5 houses on The Terrace sleep a total of 71 guests. If you're looking to accommodate a big group you can take a number of our houses for a very special gathering.

Make yourself at home

This is your space. Relax, unwind, and don't hold back.

Rainy days

The Lake District wouldn't exist without rain. We get that. That's why every property has a cinema room — and most have a hot tub too. A rainy day here isn't a problem. It's an excuse.

Bring your best friends

We welcome up to 4 dogs per booking. Not many places do that. There's a small £30 charge per dog — but a small price for having everyone together.
