Who We Are
We’re Andy and Barbara. We own and run seven large luxury holiday houses in Windermere, in the heart of the English Lake District.
We’re not a letting agency. We’re not a faceless platform. We’re real people who have put serious thought, care, and no small amount of money into creating houses we’re genuinely proud of.
We built this collection for groups. Big ones. The kind that need a proper house — not a cluster of hotel rooms — to actually be together.
Milestone birthdays. Family reunions. Hen weekends. Multi-generational get-togethers. The occasions that deserve more than a Premier Inn.
Our seven houses sleep anywhere from 6 to 91 guests across the portfolio. Every single one is in Windermere — walking distance from great restaurants, independent shops, and Booths supermarket. The Lake District is right on the doorstep.
The Houses
Five of our properties are on The Terrace, one of Windermere’s most characterful addresses. Two — Orrest Head House and Orrest Head Cottage — sit in their own private grounds just outside the village, with direct access to the Orrest Head walk.

We’ve kitted every kitchen out properly — pots, pans, utensils, everything you need to cook a proper dinner for the group. Every house has fast Wi-Fi, a 75-inch cinema screen, plenty of off-road parking, and linen included. EV chargers on site.
