Our seven houses sleep anywhere from 6 to 91 guests across the portfolio. Every single one is in Windermere village — walking distance from great restaurants, independent shops, and Booths supermarket. The Lake District — the UK’s adventure playground — is right on the doorstep.
Five of our properties are on The Terrace, one of Windermere’s most characterful addresses. Two — Orrest Head House and Orrest Head Cottage — sit in their own private grounds just outside the village, with direct access to the Orrest Head walk.

We bought our first property Alice Howe in late 2006. Then Boston House and Bannerrigg in 2007. And, finally, Orrest Head House and Cottage in 2011. So we’ve been doing this for about 20 years, way before Airbnb even existed.
