We're in position A. We are located in Windermere Village just above the famous Booths supermarket and railway station. We are a moment's walk from all of the independent bars, cafes restaurants and shops
Walk from the door
The Orrest Head walk starts from just across the road. It is one of the finest short walks in the Lake District. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the top where you'll be greeted by the most fabulous views of the Lake District.
Take more than one house
The 5 houses on The Terrace sleep a total of 70 guests. If you're looking to accommodate a big group you can take a number of our houses for a very special gathering.

We have created spaces where guests feel they can relax without worrying during their break.
Rainy days
The Lake District wouldn't exist without rain. We understand what being stuck indoors can mean on holiday. That's why we've added cinemas and hot tubs to each house
Bring your best friends
We are one of the only companies we know that welcome up to 4 dogs per booking. Please be aware there is an extra £30 per dog charge.
