How does payment work when I book direct?
A 25% deposit secures your booking. It’s non-refundable once booked. The balance is due eight weeks before you arrive. A £400 damage deposit is pre-authorised on your card seven days before arrival and released three days after you leave, as long as there’s no damage.
Who do I deal with if I book direct?
Us, Andy and Barbara. There’s no platform customer service team and no middleman. If you have a question before you arrive, you speak to the people who own the house.

Yes. The five houses on The Terrace sit side by side and sleep up to 71 guests between them. Orrest Head House and Orrest Head Cottage together sleep up to 20. Booking direct is the easiest way to arrange more than one house.
